A CORU-registered and ISCP member, Aidan obtained BSc Physiotherapy with distinction from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Enschede, The Netherlands. Pre-Master Psychology education at University of Twente. Has completed CPD courses in dry needling, joint mobilisations and manipulations, pain physiology and psychology.
Experience and interests
Worked in Ireland and The Netherlands, both in private-practice and hospital settings. Aidan has a wide base of experience to draw from, having worked in areas of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy. Aidan’s two main interest groups are athletes and those with chronic pain. Takes a bio-psycho-social lens when assessing at which level to treat a person. His goal is their return to living a life without pain. Aidan has worked with GAA teams, MMA-athletes and CrossFit athletes amongst others in their rehabilitation to high-level sport.
Weightlifting, martial arts, hiking, reading about psychology and biology.
