Spectrum Sustain is a 6 session virtual programme delivered over 12 weeks by specialised Dietitians. Our Dietitians will guide, motivate and empower you to achieve your weight loss goal. Through nutrition education, you will break bad habits and gain the knowledge and skills to make healthy food choices long term to support sustained weight loss.
As part of this journey you will learn how to optimise your nutritional intake for your overall health, improve energy levels and develop a positive relationship with food.

Each 30 minute session focuses on a key area relating to improving nutrition and health and promoting sustained weight loss.

Our team of CORU registered dietitians are highly experienced and skilled to guide and empower you in making long-term changes to help you and your family achieve your health and nutrition goals. Our team pride themselves in providing the most up-to-date, research-backed approaches to help you optimise your and your family’s health and nutrition.
Once you purchase the programme you will then be able to book your six sessions at the date and times that suit you. You can get in touch with your Patient Services Team, available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 4pm, by emailing or phoning if you require further information.
Our 4 session toddler nutrition programme costs €285.
