Nutrition Tailored To You

How We Can Help

During the initial consultation, your Dietitian will assess your child’s diet and lifestyle. Your Dietitian will also carry out a complete nutritional assessment, diet history, body composition analysis including weight, height, BMI and body fat percentage so that you will know where your child sits compared to other children their age.

You will receive:

  • A starter meal plan tailored to your child
  • Recipe book to suit your child’s dietary requirements
  • Tailored advice and action points

What should you do if you think your child is at risk of/experiencing a health issue?

It is a good idea to check in with your GP for medical tests to confirm any potential issues. This may be a simple blood test. Booking an appointment with a Dietitian will be your next step.

Check with your GP to see if your child needs to be seen by a specialist before booking your appointment or give us a call to see if we are a good fit for you and your child.

A Dietitian can help your child to optimise their diet and lifestyle to help them to overcome health and lifestyle issues specific to them. If we think we are not the best fit for you, we will suggest an alternative solution.
