Use our online booking tool to select an appointment at a time & date that suit you.
If it's your first time using our service, you'll need to register your account with us.
You'll receive an email with clear instructions showing you how to join your virtual appointment.
Your dietitian will join virtually to discuss your diet, lifestyle & health goals.
If you suspect that you are at risk of developing CHD, you should speak with your GP to take blood tests to confirm the diagnosis or evidence of risk factors.
Once you have a diagnosis or, if you are at risk of developing CHD, booking an appointment with a Dietitian will be your next step. A Dietitian can help you to optimise your diet and lifestyle to prevent the development of CHD, manage your condition or prevent progression of the disease.
During your initial consultation, your Dietitian will assess your symptoms, diet and lifestyle. We will assess your diet and lifestyle and equip you with the knowledge and skills to prevent or manage your condition for good. Your Dietitian will also carry out a complete nutritional assessment, diet history, body composition analysis including weight, BMI, waist circumference, body fat %, lean body mass, waist to hip measurement and more.
