The Physio Experts.
Specialist Trigger Pointing Treatment From A Chartered Physiotherapist.
What is trigger pointing and how can it help you?
Trigger points are described as hyperirritable areas found in taut bands of skeletal muscle fibers. These nodules are said to be small contraction knots and are a very common cause of pain. When a trigger point is compressed, the area reacts with local tenderness, referred pain, or a local ‘twitch response’.
Our physiotherapists here at The Physio Company are able to target trigger points around the body to assist in the relief of pain, and hence improve mobility and function.

What We Can Do For You.
We can use Trigger Pointing to help people suffering from a number of different issues. These can range from back pain to Tendonitis.
Once one of our specialists has assessed the injury or area that is causing you pain then they will be able to decide if Trigger Pointing is the correct method for you to be treated with.

"Trigger point therapy targets tight, hyperactive muscle knots, alleviating pain and reducing muscle tension. By releasing these points, it improves circulation, restores muscle function, and promotes relaxation, aiding in overall recovery."
