Super Simple Healthy Granola Recipe

Our super simple healthy granola is a great way to start your morning. It is high in protein, fibre, slow release energy and healthy fats, giving you everything you need to energise you for the day ahead. Combine with a fruit of your choice and some yogurt to fuel your morning with a delicious meal!

Ingredients 

  • 175g oats 

  • 100g chopped nuts of your choice 

  • 50g seeds of your choice such as sunflower, pumpkin, chia 

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon 

  • 2 tbsp of Stewed apple or apple sauce 

  

Method

  • Simply add the oats, seeds, nuts and cinnamon in a bowl. 

  • Add in the stewed apple or apple sauce and mix together. 

  • Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.

  • Spread the mixture out flat on the baking tray.   

  • Bake in preheated oven at 140 degress Celsius for 45mins stirring every so often. 

  • Allow to cool and pop in an airtight container and will keep for several days.
