While this situation continues, we are committed to the health and wellbeing of all of our patients. Our clinics remain open for appointments, with the utmost safety protocols in place. To help keep you on track whilst remaining socially distant we have set up a team of skilled clinicians to provide telephone advice or video consultations as follows:
Telephone triage
Our experts give you advice and, for physiotherapy where possible, prescription exercises on our App
15 minutes: €25
Video appointments
Our experts conduct a consultation via video call with you, providing personalized advice
Our Digital Physio service is clinically effective and suitable for most issues, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, chest physio or posture issues, and any stiffness, pain or discomfort in the body.
30 minutes: €50
How it works:
A 30-minute digital appointment with our experts by video
A full assessment and range of tests
Self-help and treatment – e.g. foam rolling/dynamic stretching/self-mobilization under guidance of your physiotherapist
Advice on do’s and don’ts to give you the best chance to improve your condition
For Physiotherapy:
Prescription exercises using our exercise App
Ability to log your progress on a daily basis via the App so your physio can review
*We understand that video appointments may not be the same as hands-on treatment from your Physiotherapist, but it is worth noting that for most conditions we can do 90% of what we would normally do in a face to face session in a remote environment and, in some cases, we can also advise on how to carry out some self-treatment hands-on techniques under the Physiotherapist’s guidance. You can make great progress whilst maintaining social distancing.
