Step 1 – Log in to your laya member area.
Step 2 – Select the time and day that suits you.
Step 3 – You will be sent an appointment confirmation containing a link to access the video appointment
Step 4 – 10 minutes prior to the designated time, follow the instructions on your confirmation email to access the consultation and ensure the tech is working.
